FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do all companies in Saudi Arabia have to register for VAT?

Businesses with taxable turnover above SAR 375,000 must register for ZATCA VAT (standard rate 15%). Voluntary registration is available from SAR 187,500. We handle registration, FATOOTA e-invoicing setup and monthly / quarterly filings.

What is FATOOTA and does my business need it?

FATOOTA is ZATCA's mandatory e-invoicing system. All VAT-registered businesses must issue electronic tax invoices; larger taxpayers are being onboarded to the Phase 2 integration wave in staged groups. We handle ERP / accounting integration, XML formats and QR-code compliance.

What's the difference between Corporate Income Tax and Zakat in KSA?

Foreign shareholders pay 20% Corporate Income Tax on their profit share, while Saudi and GCC shareholders pay 2.5% Zakat on their Zakat base. Mixed-ownership entities file both. We calculate and file both accurately.

Can you help me get a MISA investment licence?

Yes. We coordinate MISA licensing for 100% foreign-owned LLCs and branches, including Regional Headquarters (RHQ) programme applications and post-formation ZATCA, GOSI and Muqeem setup.

Which cities in Saudi Arabia do you serve?

We serve businesses across the Kingdom — Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Al Khobar, Mecca, Medina, Tabuk and the NEOM / Red Sea development zones — with remote delivery and Arabic-English documentation.
